The Opus Dei Dr Njoroge collapsing Uhuru Gov.
« on: October 14, 2015, 12:09:35 PM »
First he flagged off all fictitious IFMIS deals by Waiguru; before Uhuru could breath; he has now sank two banks and to cap it all; he has refused to print money to cover up KRA arse & gov is now tethering on the brink and has ran for 80B overdraft in commercial banks.

This man should be afforded top security...considering he enjoys security of tenure..and will be a real pain for a long time.

will he turn out like your man Cheserem or he will be mellowed like mutunga..... why do you rate cheserem so highly??

or will funny clauses be rushed to parliament to check his powers .. I see Kisero suggesting some

Quote
If I were President Uhuru Kenyatta, I would immediately appoint a national treasury management agency operated by professional and experienced treasury managers.

I think the reason the treasury managers of commercial banks keep running rings around their counterparts at both the National Treasury and the Central Bank of Kenya is the skills gap. It is the reason the borrowing programme for this financial year has been so messed up.

The proposed agency should take over the role of fiscal agent from the Central Bank and manage a single Treasury account.

and Kisero doesn't think IFMIS is helping - misunderstood technology??

Yes this man is new cheserem. Did you know Cheserem use to get to work at 5am and sign every single cheque at CBK. Without Cheserem...Kenya banking sector would never have recovered. Dr Njoroge is on another level. Our banking sector has enjoyed a cosy incestous relationship with CBK. This has been good for economy to some certain (banking sector has grown consistently for last 20yrs plus)...but the same banking sector also aids corruptions, drug trafficking, tax evasion, terrorism and all sort of crimes.

Now a corrupt politician and walk to any bank...and just bank 1B kshs stolen from the gov..the same can be said from drug traffickers, terrorist, tax cheats and everyone else.

Regulation out of the window.

Kenya still has very few good people...Njoroge, Justice Mumbi and who else?

will he turn out like your man Cheserem or he will be mellowed like mutunga..... why do you rate cheserem so highly??

my take is banks need to stop any cash transanction (debit or Credit) period of large sums of money. that can be an order from state house lakini wapi. corrupt ones all the way.

Cherserem once said "you can't be callous to your lender" when he was accused of being soft with IMF.
