Uhuru has to create another ministry of Propaganda headed by Blair to dish out cash to MPs and get that queue out Interior.

Police are paid 20 bob hardship while the County Commissioner takes home over a million, in addition to sharing in the corruption proceeds. Uhuru has treated Interior as a department to be used to reward tribes.
