with sorghum being easy and cheap to grow we should also try to replace our boring white ugali which distorts price of unga ....inflation and generally contributes to poverty in urban and rural areas .... Govt/red cross should start stocking sorghum flour as relief food instead of just East Africa Maltings ... maize growing is also facing the lethal necrosis virus ...time for a cultural shift in most of these areas
