Another General Matumbo (it is by gods graces that they are able to do those funny salutes) who seems to have had perfect working with Karangi in tenders department - otherwise he wont have been appointed ....waiting to see his style of leadership if he has any given burying head in the sand with recent Ethiopia antics in North Horr...... we have become lame ducks unless some cash is involved

He will have a hard time covering karangi tender tracks (if parliament is not able to bar Audito General from looking at military books) and proving loyalty to the tribal leadership....
