Yes since the 90s Moi, Raila then Ruto emerged. For a while we thought Sonko was it but he turned into a fad. Now RiggyG is raising into the ranks of national leaders who attract following outside their ethnic base. He has the smooth delivery and cool, calm persona in the eye of the storm. The hoi polloi will always oscillate to such strength of character.
The acts of Team RiggyG are justified by Ruto who set the precedent as oppositon leader 2018-22 after Handshake 1.0. Now Ruto has no locus standi to chastise anybody nor ask for peace.
But I am not so taken by their grievance politics. At least Ruto had the fake-arse bottom-up that everyone with a working brain cell knew was a flat lie. This one is "Kasongo must go', sijui "One term". Zero substance.
