A woman named Caroline Maina is suing him over child support The Kenyan system is broken. The Governor has yet to provide for or contribute to the upkeep of his alleged son. So far his ex-wife is scraping by with help from her grandmother. I highly doubt he would have taken any steps to rectify this situation even if child support was court-ordered

The law in kenya has to catch up with them deadbeat fathers. This is something our parliament can work on..of course the majority of men in parliament are also deadbeat. A jail term would be good start.

This will remain impossible or hard until there is a requirement for EVERYBODY resident in Kenya to file tax returns and bank accounts, land registration, Voter register, Births and Deaths, Passport, Motor Vehicle Registry, Criminal History etc linked together.

It would also require ALL buildings to be numbered and registered in a database.
