This is turning out to be comical. The first time in Kenya's history a president arguing with a member of his cabinet through the media.

Justin Muturi was an incompetent Speaker of the Natioanl Assebly. He is only beaten in those ranks by Moses Wetangula. He was for sure an incompetent AG. That Ruto still named him to his cabinet and now claims the man is incompetent speaks more aganinst Ruto than against Muturi.
