Ruto removed the red roof of the SH building and replaced it with a flat roof. These primitive fellows did not consult anyone before defacing State House building. Nobody told them a flat celing is more prone to leakages than what they demolished? Ruto belives it is his private residence.

I don't agree with this. Historical sites should be protected and preserved for posterity. Occupants of statehouse or government buildings should not be allowed to deface them to suit their taste.
