Kenya's basigo and other loacal EV manufacturers are more robust than Uganda, but Kenya's are largely driven by foreigners. Good to see Uganda putting their Gen Z and universities to work. I don't think today's Kenyans under the spell of Pombe, corruption TikTok, stinking Nyash, and tribalism are in a position to love, build, and work in concert to move Kenya forward under the most hard working President in the globe! I think Ruto with selected investors will pull it through as Kenya's private sector, institutions, and universitys lag behind in incompetence!

Chamwada is trying, but no one has fully documented robustness of EV in Kenya! With such very high demand of EV buses and cars, capacity can be increased and more young people can be taken away from changaa, nyash and hard drugs! I think once EV in EA will overtime sink Japan from importing their junk to Africa. Nigeria is ahead of the game in car manufucturing now! Innoson is exploding!
