Kebenei villager seems like he will break Rudisha's 1.40 record soon. Tokyo Trials and 1.43 hit

The record is 1:40.   Wanyonyi, Arop and some North African cheat have been recently routinely sniffing it.  My money is on one of those two(Arop and Wanyama) or even both breaking it.

Arop is too bulky to sniff under 1.40 anytime soon; maybe Wanyonyi. Seeing Kebenei's nilotic frame and Rudisha-like lean-forward run posture, I think with tactical training and time, he will be under 1.40 very soon. Tokyo 2025 he may sniff 1.30ish!

Kebenei has been around though - he is 30(+ anything from 2 to 7 subtracted).  Arop is also Nilotic and actually reminds me of Rudisha; they are both knocking on the max weight for 800, which is energy sapping.
