Ruto Cannot Fight The Demographic Reality
« on: December 10, 2024, 06:43:53 PM »
Ruto's presidency came at the wrong time. Why? Because Kenya and Africa's demographic realities have changed, but let me analyze Kenya's first.

You have a generation of young Kenyans that have grown up under democracy and they make up 70% of the population, but they have something else that others didn't have. THEY HAVE THE INTERNET. The internet has revolutionized information and by proxy, knowledge.

These young generation of Kenyans have grown up on social media (on instagram, tiktok, twitter, youtube); Even in the village they're on youtube. Why? because it gives them a window into the world. Into a world that they want. A world that reflects their dreams and ambitions. A world that does not exist in sub-saharan Africa, but they know it exists outside and they want to live in that world.

THE TRIBALISM FOR THIS GENERATION IS GONE. THIS GENERATION IS ABOUT DREAMS AND AMBITIONS. IT'S ABOUT ECONOMICS AND THEIR FUTURE. THE DYNASTIES ARE OVER.

Did something change suddenly? Where were they in 2022? They were busy in tribal e-wars;

The punitive taxes woke them up. Ndii's policies impoverished them so fast that they were stunned into action.

I actually think the economic disaster started with Uhuru's total incompetence, heavy borrowing and extreme corruption. Then, Ndii comes in and tries to stop the bleeding, but it was too late.

Then add in other factors (amidst this economic distress) Ruto and his henchmen immediately start stealing and the gen z's start noticing their expensive shoes, expensive watches, Oscar Sudi all of a sudden is driving a Maybach and it infuriates them even further.

It is now too late for Ruto. The trust is gone. Finished. Destroyed and I thank God they have woken up and finally realized that these politicians are all out for themselves.

Ruto also messed up with this campaign message of hope. He said he was going to clean up Uhuru's mess, focus on the hustlers, but he comes into office and immediately starts stealing (doing the complete opposite of what he promised and people realized that they WERE LIED TO)

All systems collapse gradually then at once.
One just drops dead once the organs fail from decades of wear and tear or abuse.

A day when the landlord has to close the business doors.

R Kelly/ P Diddy goes to jail.

One day Gen Z are here.

One day Saddam/Gaddafi/Assad runs.

Sometimes deliberate reengineering to save the system speeds up its collapse.

Did something change suddenly? Where were they in 2022? They were busy in tribal e-wars;
Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state, an intolerable one ~ Thomas Paine
