It is madness for the Government to continue hoarding the internet through CA, Safaricom and Telkom. 

It was worrying to hear Ndegwa say they will partner with Starlink. Looks like they have decided to also throttle the speeds.

"From a satellite perspective, we have to partner with Starlink or other satellite providers in future to make sure that that technology plays right through. We have had some discussions, and we will continue to have those discussions to the extent that they complement what we are offering," he told American news outlet.

Safaricom is a dinosaur that will die a slow death. Satellites have been coming in slow motion - it's not even a disruption for Tusker to cry about.
