Kenya Needs A Nayib Bukele
« on: November 18, 2024, 06:17:09 PM »
Uhuru left a mess, but Ruto has extended the mess.  Both Ruto and Uhuru have been disasters for kenya.  Ruto could have helped himself had he appointed better advisors not people like Ndii, but Ruto came in with guys like sudi and murkomen and their first job was just stealing and stealing.

What Kenya needed after Uhuru's mess was a president like Nayib Bukele of El Salvador a man that truly loves his country and that has brought radical change that has transformed his country.  Bukele's approval rating is at 90%.  Why can't Africans learn from people like this?

Kenyans are not like Rwandese. The tribes don't deeply hate each other and I firmly believe that if Kenya got a president that did the right thing for the people, they would end up with a 90% approval rating like Bukele

I doubt Kenya's 50 million population can produce someone with better integrity and leadership qualities than the current or past politicians. Those fighting presidents from the trenches want in so they eat properly; same with all political parties and 99% of politicians in power or out of power. As an insider who knows what is happening and is not reading the blogs, misinformation, or skewed news, I think the current president is what the best Kenya can produce or will ever produce.

Kenya needs strong institutions not individuals.

Independent parliament and judiciary.

Strong civil society and religious organizations.

Yes, but a strong and ethical president like Bukele has to bring these changes and create functioning institutions. It won't happen on it's own with black magic.

No. I think Omkiyah Omtatah is the last honest man left standing in Kenya. Him and Miguna Miguna.

While they maybe strong individually, they will need over 5000 people of similar integrity to help run all branches of government, institutions, etc. To get those extra thousands of people to help President is not easy. Most Kenyans want to steal, given a slight opportunity. Miguna ran office of the prime minister a while back, and it was a den of thieves. You need to have morals and be a gangster at the same time to stop the majority of close associates, family, friends, and thousands of other government employees from stealing. Kenyans, by a large measure, are super thugs.

A president anywhere is a strong institution. Mwafrika thugs resort to killing kids who question stealing by their supposed parents and grandparents.

Nayib has just resolved the criminals have lesser rights than their victims and just one well secured jail is proving enough. In any society, there are many people tired with the stealing and lawlessness, a president can work with.

In Kenya, all police and public servants who have been sent to 'Mandera' are a perfect choice to start with not recycling drug dealers like Joho or thugs like Kidero. Resuscitating babaman, ufool.

Africa needs to start looking for lessons from South America and not Europe or Asia. The South Americans are more similar to Africans and have dealt with the same issues of poverty, civil war & crime.

The former president of Columbia also fixed that country & went after the drug cartels. I think at one point he dissolved the entire police force & judiciary that had been taken over by Pablo Escobar & Colombia was run by its special forces for a few years until he could vet everyone & bring back a new police force & judiciary.

The lessons are in South America not Amsterdam
