Let us apply Gakuya reasoning that each MP was given 2MN and lets use tenders to see if impeachment can go through.

This is purely hypothetical.Not facts.Random thinking.

The kixkback from these tenders was between 10-20%.That means the owners have already pocketed over 200BN.In this game,If you can give 30MN to 50 senators,that's just 1.5BN.Its not even 10% of the nearly 200BN kickbacks.

Some may senators have already sat down and decided that:

1) They will speak like nationalists.
2)They will give him a fair hearing in the public eye.
3) When it comes to voting,Over 2/3 will approve the impeachment while 1/3 will oppose.
4) Pro impeachment  senator will receive 30MN.
5) Voting will be by secret ballot which means that even some of those supporting Gachagua will impeach him kichini chini.He won't know who voted against him.
6 If you are given the option to impeach Gachagua and gain nothing or vote against him and receive 30MN,What would you choose?Of course you would choose 30MN because you are not even guaranteed to be re-elected.

If Gachagua is wise,He should resign,set up a political party to consolidate Mt kenya vote and vie for presidency but withdraw at last minute and endorse kalonzo.That way he would demand billions in payment and tenders,He would also have hundreds of MCAs,Over 12 governors and senators and over 90MPs.
