Each matatu to deposit 10K every evening.With a profit of 5000 per day X 500 Matatu,Thats about 2.5MN per day.

The matatu also require Fuel about 30000 per day,He opens a petrol station and makes 10 bob per litre,That's 300K more per day.

I just pity civil servants like teachers or people who sell their property ,retirement to invest in matatu or truck business not knowing its a cartel.Majority of matatu and truck owners are governors police Cabinet secretaries and Adani & Kamlesh pattni sons.The moment you buy a matatu,police and kanju will hunt it until you are out of business through loan default.
