1) October 2023-Ruto and Gachagua begin to disagree,Wamuchomba and Mutahi Kahiga become Gachagua mouth piece.

2) 27/02/2024 Raila meets Ruto in Uganda.They agree to kick out Gachagua,Gachagua receives briefs from Uhuru allies withing Police,Intelligence and Military.Gachagua goes on to say some of them were shot at by assailants while his phone is tapped.

It doesn't make sense for Ruto to appoint Kindiki because he doesnt bring any votes.The key is to bank on Raila but from 2025,Raila will mostly turn against Rutoo because he has been left with just Rift valley block and less than 7 counties.
