Those of us who think we cant get cancer need to think again. Prostate is a major killer among black men. Poor diet is a major contributor.

His recent weight gain over the last few years was very suspicious, normally happens after chemotherapy at times.Coupled with 2022 political loss stress,I dont think he has enough  shock absorption mechanism.

Lung and prostate have taken two brilliant Kenyans that I knew personally, both diagnosed late which is a death sentence. One of the guys( PhD student with two masters degrees) went from being completely healthy one day, getting out of breath after taking stairs the next day, goes to a doctor and is diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and six months to live. The other guy was diagnosed with prostate cancer, one of the most brilliant humans that I have ever interacted with, legend in USA and Kenya academically, I did not think that it was that serious until he told us that he is going to hospice care, I was in shock and he died in a month. This is why I do not understand the wanton thievery of people like Ruto at the expense of 50m Kenyans, we all end six feet under. Raila at 80 being paid to derail kids with 70yr to live only asking for good governance is a worse betrayal, I lost all respect for the man.

check your PSA guys if youre over 40, prostate can be managed as a chronic disease.
Uhuru's lifestyle of too much alcohol n choma was a recipe for illnesses.
In kenya preventive care is non existent. Simple manageable disease like BP can cause stroke leaving one disabled forever.

I do not know anything about Uhuru’s illness but this guy is not well either, the skin tone and loss of hair is very suspect.. https://x.com/honadenduale/status/1839472991928750338?s=46&t=3-3-_ehcZbukDCK7hNe5LA
