Martha Koome History shall judge harshly

When evil was happening in our society, you choose to keep quiet. You choose self PRESERVATION.When you saw the children killed in the streets, you should have resigned and marched in the streets in solidarity with those children like Wangari Maathai or Chelagat Mutai. You should have said no to extra judicial killings abduction and violent crackdown. The world would have listened but you chose to be silent. You chose self preservation. The judges should have protested in the streets against impunity.

IN 2022,you said that the holy spirit inspired you to make the 2022 presidential election judgement,Why did the same holy spirit not inspire you to speak about the same government atrocities over the last two month?Isn't that an evil spirit?

IN Kenya and Uganda in the 1970s,We saw chief Justices of Uganda and Kenya CJ kiwanuka and CJ Mwendwa  say no to state impunity,We saw Mutunga and Maraga tell off Uhuru,
Why not the current Kenyan judiciary?

If she can do the infrastructure with her wishy washy attitude, well and good. We have the best public law as a result of Mutunga and Maraga judicial activism.

Bottom chini mwananchi justice needs courts, then judicial officers in every corner.

There are no magistrates to hear petty cases being brought daily by drunk police officers. Very good initiative to release these people who cannot raise 500 bribes.

Koome refused to bow down
I thought you hinted you are a teetotaler? What is your meaning of your one sentence?
