For Ruto - he needs to write off huge chunk of Mt kenya - he got 70% - but he should work with 20-30%.

He definitely should prepare to shift running mate - if Mt kenya dont deliver 50% -- he can as well promote MaDVD to be Deputy President and heir apparent in 2032. This "may" excite Luhyas to vote him 70-80%.

He can promote Kindiki to be Prime Minister - or Jaluo if Raila plays ball.

The deficit will have to come from Luhyas, Coast, NEP and matusa tribes.
