Seem ANC has shortchanged DA and retained all senior posts: finance, foreign affairs, trade, land, mines.

DA gets home affairs, public works, agriculture - so they can fight corruption, fix infrastructure, prop white farmers and tame immigration.

The worst thing about SA is that this is not even genuine change - ANC vote simply shifted to EFF and MK. Change would be electing DA at 40% to lead the government. That would properly shock ANC into real introspection.
