This is what happens when policy is not thoroughly publicly discussed so that everyone gives their views. Such could have been prevented. Now it is a mess

Even after collecting million views government officials bulldoze their way. Public participation is just a per diem collection farce. Show up, pretend you are listening but you decided long time ago.
