Hapa wizi mtupu. Lakini sawa situlikubaliana mtu aibe pahali yuko..its free for all. But let us look at this industrial scale corruption.
1. Completed project 28 cost per kilometer average = 28.7 billion/km
2. On going project 18 cost per kilometer average = 130 billion per kilometer
3. Planned projects 88 cost per kilometer average = 75 billion per kilometer

Chirchir is a thief we accept that but Jesus christ why would power transmission cost that much?
Hii ni ujinga tupu. Encourage people to invest in solar waacha Chirchir na wezake Wakule hii

USA na labor is dollars average cost is $1.5million per kilometer that's roughly 300 million shilling per kilometer.
Kenyan numbers how is this cost broken down it makes no sense to pay 130million shilling per meter. Hapa we have no kauntry my frens.
