Ruto's Latest Military Appointee Rejected In A Foreign Country Over Lack Of Consultation

President William Ruto had appointed Major General Alphaxard Muthuri Kiugu to take over as the East African Community Regional Force, EACRF in the democratic Republic of Congo following the resignation of Major General Jeff Nyagah.

Democratic Republic of Congo President Felix Tshisekedi has now officially denounced the appointment while saying that Ruto made the appointment without consulting him as if the EACRF force belonged to Kenya.

"Kenya directly sent another commander without consultation as if that force belongs to Kenya. There is a problem". President Felix Tshisekedi is quoted saying.

Executive needs to pay more attention to foreign policy. On Haiti, shocked they never reviewed the decision with AG to advise them it against kenya constitution to deploy kenya police outside kenya borders. Something is seriously wrong.
