The seller is well known crook who stole millions from NHIF -- which he used to acquire 100M property in karen.
The seller is not only an MP but powerful official in UDA...who led election processes.
The CS did not enter the house by force.
The Seller allowed CS to enter the house - there is no report of breakage.
While CS was looking for money - Seller find another buyer willing to buy at 20-30m more.
There is report of attempted fail eviction.

Hence this drama - of I was evicted out of a house - I am poor hustler - CS has 100M and was recently hired.

This story is DEAD.  The details should be handled in Milimani Law Court in a civil case.

I think Bore stole 90MN from government tender kickback... to clean up gave Muriu 90MN in cash while Muriu was to give him the house,The deal was that when the bank processes and pays Muriu the 90MN cost of the house, Muriu was to send the 90MN cash or part of it back to Bore...Muriu felt fucked up and demanded 120MN because he knew the CS Bore is a thief...Muriu wanted a bigger share...He then went into hiding while bore took over the house...he invited the media to ensure Bore would not assasinate him or his family.

So in short Bore was trying to clean up stolen money through a bank loan after making a cash settlement with Muriu..very stupid.

She will steal money,hide it in dubai trough proxy...after getting the loan..then she sells the property to the proxy (her company in dubai) for 300MN..then the proxy wires money back to her in Kenya...she clears the loan and is left with 200MN clean money..she invests in agriculture and manufacturing...thats why they are all trooping to dubai.

No I didnt advice her to steal - I just made a remark that she can steal millions.

I advised her to go to court or settle this out of court - as long as she get back some of that deposit.

Obviously she stayed in someone house and that must be deducted including any destruction of property.

She should be very happy if she get half of that money back - legal fees and all - with cost her half.
