It takes time to change Kenya that was brought down by demented Raila and Drunk Uhuru from 2018-2022. In 2 years, Ruto supporters will be 70%+ from the current 53%. When those houses roll, construction, and folks engage in jobs, money circulation and less iddleness, things will change pretty quick.

I will judge ruto after 10 years because kenya is a country full of low IQ people.  My hope with ruto is that he'll at least get kenya to middle income status with countries in south america like uruguay and chile and so i"m waiting to see if he can get kenya there. it's still to early to tell.

Unless she means Upper Middle Income - GDP per capita of 4000USD and above.
We hit lower middle income - in 2014 - with gdp per capita above 1100usd.
