Russia actively campaigned against any weapons for Ukraine - even defensive.
So, Bill Clinton agreed with Yeltsin for UK to give up her heavy defensive weapons.
Putin in power grabbed Crimea, then created chaos in Donbas, then decided to take all of UK..
