Desperate Azimio turn parliamentary process into a circus
« on: April 13, 2023, 12:04:31 PM »
They've appointed a secretariat.
That is funny business.

The way this will be done - Majority & Minority leaders will petition the speakers of both house to establish adhoc comittee.

The comittee - will run under parliament - with parliament staff - guided by parliament rules.

They will do public participation - write a report and their recommendation - report will be adopted by the house.

And any laws amendment passed - after usual debate.

Even before Kanchori's ink dries, babaman reinforces the position of Makau and this Mwangi ticks on his back. What a circus?

Yeah he is slowly punctured - can never redeem himself. I wonder what Paul Mwangi gave him.
