Its just funny and shocking police couldn't pick up this simple intelligence, baba was right there under there noses,thats speaks volumes about the security forces.
Ruto will need to change tact I just don't know how but one way is to ignore baba the more he mentions him and give him wide coverage the more baba will be energised.
