A lot of people around the world make money on the streets. Am not sure why they dont clean and allocate streets to food vendors so that they too can make a living.

Yes. This is where Africa or Kenya really is behind. Walkways and pavement

Most of these places have developed with no government presence.

For the over 35 year olds the transition rates to high school were awful.

The guy I like is Kurt Caz.  Kurt will go to places that no tourist will venture.  He also doesn't discriminate when it comes to sampling the local women.
