Seems the 3 iebc rogues were busy hawking the presidential certificate to any party with money. Raila claims Chebukati, Guliye and Molu visited his house and he has cctv and photos to back this claim. it seems it was the same time they met Tuju. I am start to think these commissioners wanted just to muddle the waters so much that the truth would be hard to be known.
