Wrong guy to try and get good results. Maraga is always led by his conviction instead of objectivity .
He was given a similar task by CJ Mutunga about 2013 elections . When he became CJ he just executed his thesis.

On this Ruto has started badly by taking police allowances in name of fighting hunger etc,I think Gachagua had a more realistic way of doing this they seem not to understand each other on this matter, bottom line police not happy their allowances have been taken

Mutunga should be given another job as these retired judges are good resource on conflict resolution
