I think Ruto is trying to keep to his promises list and reward whoever he promised I don't think its micro managing after dust settles he will.leave everything to work out. If you don't perform you get fired.

Ichungwa is struggling as Majority Leader. Ruto need to deal with all the simmering issues within the party. He needs to call the disgruntled mps and listen to them.

It going to be hard to make everyone happy but parliament is critical for hustler agenda.
