Happening everywhere. In my village young boys are openly wishing their parents to die so the can sell land. High property prices and unemployment/lack of opportunities. As soon as the old dude die...land is sold promptly and money wasted.

What is critical is not to die inter-state - try as much to have written will.

Even on youtube the young kenyans I am seeing are all pretty much coming out of the slums, can barely speak coherent English.  I think the smart one's are immigrating even to the middle east at this point. It is common knowledge among Kenyans - thanks to a vigilant media that very frequently kyuk Nyeri women do not have few children by choice. They have hit headlines complaining loudly about performance of their men and how that has reduced family sizes even when the woman would rather have more.

Simply put, listen to the likes of Priscilla and others explain:

When it comes to registered voters, Kyuks want to show Kenyans that they have numbers. Counties need to introduce land use planning. min 20 acre in rural areas. Probelm solved. Land is being misused and investors cant even get land for agri busness.
