Yes; they need to adopt Ruto model; office from 6 to 10:am; get into a chopper or car - go and see those things being implemented - talk to the media and the people - fly back to office; finish any office work/signing of stuff;

If you're sitting in office the whole day - that get tiring - but Ruto always on the move - field work plus office work gives the best sustainability. If I had to choose another career - I would prefer such life. This one of ours sitting long hours in front of a computer - is not human friendly. I imagine if I was farm manager - few hours in front of computer - the half the day supervising work out in the field. That will not be tiring.

I agree.  We are made for both intellectual and manual work.  I would have done woodwork in another life.  In Hasola's case, one guy he should be driving like a donkey should be Madvd. He has not earned any of it other than merely being a lapdog.

this how I work. most of my days are 5 hours of productive work. I sit down and super concentrate for 3 hours. I then relax and come back and do another highly productive 2. however when I have deadlines I work up 12 hours but after a week of working 12 hours each day I got take a break and rejuvenate my mind. I find people who work just sit and grind daily to be doing a lot of unproductive work that adds no value. Anyway what ruto needs to do is use intelligence to supervise his cabinet. he should make sure he has the most trusted nsi head. plant nsi guys in all govt departments and let them get him the Intel to tame corruption and other shenigans.
As for debt and drought this where he needs to roll his shirt and lead from front. he should personally supervise food and aid distribution. Do what kibaki and raila did and go to the areas affected by drought and lead in food distribution.
on debt he needs to ask usa to take help refinance the loans and give kenya grants to stabilize the economy. he has to assure the west that kenya is done with expensive China loans and white elephants. then walk the talk of fiscal discipline and management.

I hope this thief suceeds because it's failure will hurt a lot of people
