After 10yrs in county gov and many years in NGO - he declared 120M assets. No a whiff of scandal in kwale. He performed so well her deputy won. No drama. Get the job done. No mega scandals.

I think there is something about Salim Mvurya that is inherently and consequentially different from nearly all our other practising politicians.
