DPP should resign after withdrawing charges of Aisha Jumwa
« on: October 12, 2022, 10:37:54 AM »
He is admitting he was influenced now or before to institute or withdraw charges.
DPP should be fiercely independent.
We know that Ufool forced him to charge Ruto folks with trumphed charges until they fell out with Kinoti.

He should exit as Kinoti did - after doing clean up - and we get new DPP.

DPP should also withdraw the murder charges against Aisha Jumwa. Nobody died during the commotion caused by her and it was just a ploy by deep state to get her behind bars.

Also the murder case against Didmus Barasa should be withdrawn. Did the person actually die?

Didmus just like Babu Owino is impunity. Need to be taken out by all means.

Aisha's case is nonsense. Just because your boyfriend has killed someone does not mean you are a killer maybe accessory.

So the case of Didmus Barasa shooting a person is also political? If yes, it should also be withdrawn.

He should withdrawal all political instigated cases - those he knows he didnt agree to it - but was forced by Kinoti and company - then after that he should resign. New DPP should then be appointed.

Seems the court is even surprised at this withdrawal. Can the DPP just tell the court it was political motivated?
