Ndindi,Itumbi and Ichungwa Kujeni hapa

1) Today you've lost the first battle. You didn't give GEMA either speaker of Senate or National assembly like Uhuru did.You have failed the first exam.

2) How many CS are you going to give to GEMA?Are you doing to deliver roads, public works, agriculture and finance PS to GEMA? Remember that Ruto delivered finance agriculture energy ministries to his kalenjin.A kalenjin minister forms a board approves a project and kalenjin touch signs money and all kalenjin fund Ruto Na nyinyi?

3) How many committees of parliament is GEMA going to be in control to adopt or reject reports?

4) After sending money to counties, paying GOK salaries and paying debts,Ruto will be left with between 300-500BN every financial year,It means he can borrow 3TN in the next five years.

5) My question is,How many dams? How many Kilometres of roads? How many energy projects? How much agriculture money will be sent to Mt Kenya by RUTO gov?

6) How many tenders will Ruto give to your group to build financial muscle for coming political years?

If you don't deliver on this, nyinyi ni bure kabisa.

This story of Prayers Jesus God needs to end ASAP.

You want to sound like you care about Gema. Gema have declared they want stability and economic revival.

Those taking positions will be in trouble with the economy!

You're the one that made GEMA lose those positions - because you voted 80% for Ruto - that 20% that went AZIMIO is what you'll lose -  because Ruto had to go out and top up - by signing away many positions.

If GEMA had stuck with 10-10 with same committment like Kalenjin did in 2013/2017 - there will have been no need for Kingi, Weta, MaDVD, Sonko and Mutua - plus many more post election MOU Ruto has to enter to be able to govern. UDM are latest to sign MOU - maybe Kalonzo wiper will eventually come for more.

That 20% of fools like you NDIO INACOST GEMA

Next time vote 99% if you expect full loaf of bread.

For now 50-50 is impossible - 30-30 is more like it - with others taking 40%.

How many votes did Kingi Madvd Weta bring to the table VS GEMA Vote?

The GEMA Vote was 60% UDA vote.

Majority of UDA Mps are GEMA.

GEMA MUST GET 50% GOK Kalenjins 30% and The rest 20% Otherwise Ruto will be a one term President.

Sometimes the plus 1 is everything.
Ask Raila who got 49 percent and went home empty handed. If ony he had Kingis, Wetas, maDVD and those utility players - he would have gotten that 1%.
50 percent for GEMA is just not possibe
30 percent is looking also hard.
Ruto might have to deal with Kalonzo so he can govern without any stress.
Kalonzo will demand at least two CS. I dont see how Ruto will be comfortable with a small margin in parliament.
UDM last week you can bet demanded some few things.
In short -  get used to a new kenya - where all tribes are equal.

GEMA UDA Jubilee and Independent in National assembly total between 75-80 in National assembly...these there fools should have gravitated themselves and demanded one speaker....that said in two years when they come back to their senses..the cost of Ruto GOK 1MP will be raised at 1MN per bill or appointment approval...He either gives GEMA more or GEMA paralyses his GOVERMENT or even IMPEACHMENT.

First GEMA contributed about 3m of 7.2m of Ruto - that roughly 40% - kalenjin about 2m - roughly 30% - the rest put in 30%. Constitution of kenya says all appointment must reflect the face of kenya - so yes Kalenjin & GEMA will take lion share - but others must get something . GEMA are just about finished paying for 2013 debt. Bado 2017. KUMI Ya RUTO. KUMI Ya UHURU. Then we start KUMI again if GEMA are keen for renewal of contract. Tulia

Let me give them entire Nairobi & Nakuru - 3.2m

Infact most people don't know there are lots of GEMA in Kitui Machakos area.

GEMA roughly 3-3.3m - that 40-45% of Ruto votes - 3.2M
Kalenjin roughly 1.8-2m - that is 28-30% of Ruto votes.
The rest contributed the balance - 1.5-2m votes - 25-30%.

40%:30%:30% - perfect mixture.

GEMA deserve that 40% of the positions - they already took the DPORK. Ndiis is engine of Ruto manifesto.
By mutual agreements - the rest representing 30% of Ruto votes - Kingi and Weta - were given Speakers
Today GEMA took Deputy Speaker of Senate (Meru) - Kalenjin will take Deputy Speaker of NA (Shollei)

Next we go for Majority Leaders - Kikuyu take NA (Ichungwa) - Kalenjin take Senate Majority Leader (Murkomen) - other tribes should take the deputies.
I expect other tribes to take - Chief Whips - Osoro (Gusii for NA) - I would give Khawale in Senate -- kalenjin/kikuyu to take deputies.

In short to ensure everyone is happy - we will do 40% (Gema); 30% (Kalenjin);30% (Others)

When it comes to CS - GEMA should expect about  7 CS plus DPORK - about 4 from kikuyus (Ndii, Kuria, I see Ndidi resigning parliament) - 1 merus 1 tharaka - 1 embu.

Kalenjin should expect 3-4  plus PORK- 1 kipisigs, 1 Nandi, 1 Keiyo/Marakwet - and 1 Tugen/Pokot

The rest should take 11- 3 Luhyas with Chief/Prime CS - 1 Luo - 1 kambas  2 coast  1 somalis/borana (Duale may have to resign) 1 Turkana 1 Maa 1 Gusii.

The AG - can be added to a tribe that misses -

See it can all be fair. Of course Luos and Kambas will take opposition goods. They will get minority leaderships, powerful comittees, half of PSC and such jobs.

Once this is done - itakuwa fair and balance - and kenyans can move to serious issues.
