I would propose Dennis Itumbi be CS of Youth and diaspora..our own Higgins PS.We should avoiding rewarding free loaders...while leaving people who bears the scars of battle.Itumbi limbs and ribs were broken because he critical in Ruto team.If Echesa became CS why not someone so gifted like Itumbi...one man army against mainstream media, proven talent in propaganda and now also for setting up tallying center that put to shame deep shiet. The least Itumbi should get is gov spokesman if Wariah Mohammed will become presidential head of media.Itumbi is now without doubt the Karl Roves of Kenya politics... unlike the idiots like Mutahi who sell snake man oil...Itumbi deal with reality and is now the most sought out political strategist in my view.Ruto should keep in his kitchen cabinet to stay agead

You are right on rewarding battle hardened and battle tested soldiers. I think Itumbi would be more effective on the peripheral than in the policy side. Ministry of youth is one of the main ministry that will require alot of policy work and heavy lifting in bottoms up economic model. Youth fund, ward fund, women fund etc etc . David ndii will need a serious thinker and implementer at that position.  Youth ministry is where it's at as we try to move the economy from Rain feed agrarian economy to tech based, blue and green economy.

Itumbi should be given the Directors role at Communications Authority of Kenya. Thats where Kenyans can get benefits of his talent.
