Ruto parties have not amounted to anything until Jubilee 1 year experiment. This UDA is just another URP. I don't get why he could not help Kiunjuri to round Gema once he discovered Uhuru betrayal. This direct approach is akin to climbing  a mountain. One small mistake and the ponzi collapse. If say Kiunjuri get scorned and bolt - Uhuru can call big Gema meeting and crown him - provided he back handshake in return.

Governors who are also homebound? You're looking at leading or lagging indicators? How did those governors fare when faced by UDA wave in Muranga, Nakuru, Kiambu and Nyandarua. They all failed.

Remember apart from dare devil kamanda and his boy waweru - none want to hear about Odinga or BBI. Kamanda of course is hoping he can still continue as Gema godfather in Nairobi - but this time by making alliance with ODM - but ODM will only deal if Kamanda can deliver something - he failed to even bridge Githurai - and his Waweru with charisma of a steel wire and BBI are dying together.
