Ruto has two position - Senate Speaker - Kingi didnt deliver - and Chief Minister (MaDVD didnt)

I suspect Senate Speaker is most likely the offer

Such shenanigans should not be broadcasted na kiburi. Useless handshakes starting too early. Do boardroom deals and move queitly.

Why do you think so? He didn't sound so in his speech at all.


He boasted about beating KK despite what he implies is ukora. And bluntly calls Raila "Baba the 5th" and says "We have our tallies, we just can't announce because we're not IEBC but it's just a matter of time."

That does not sound like someone looking, at least at this stage, for a coalition.
