Bro, you can't have one leg on this bank of the river and the other leg on the other bank and your dick hanging in between. Delete this other thread: https://nipate.net/index.php?topic=13481.0
If you are unable to, ask your tribesmate to do it for you. He relishes doing that kind of work in the name of "accuracy"

He still might win. IEBC has not declared Jalang'o the winner yet!

Retard, You live in America and you have no idea why candidates concede?   :o It is about character - something you don't seem to have. It is about losing graciously. Conceding is not a legal requirement, it only means you are stating the obvious - Korir unlike Sakaja and perhaps yourself, finished his UoN degree and is well educated. So where does that "he might win" come in?

Conceding means apparently the election cannot be won.  It's a gracious way of congratulating a victorious opponent.  It is when you know that "yes, we have outstanding votes to count but based on where we are right now I don't see a scenario where the election will turn out in my favor. And that is a reality that is before me at this time."

The votes aren't there to turn it around for him.
