Its simple, if Ruto is as good as you claim he is, why support a lazy drunk who is not good for Kenya instead of running? The fact is, Uhuru has managed to create a very good CV for himself but is humble enough to let Ruto take all the credit.

Ufool come from well known family with wealth and from large tribe. Ruto come from very humble background and Kalenjin are not such a political force. Ruto will be in your face for next 30yrs. He is just 55yrs and just got started....handling Uhuru his entire gov and Raila with entire opposition...that is special.

Why do you think Raila is always scheming to be in government, even using violence to make it happen. In Kenya, when you are outside government, you are broke. Ruto has won people's hearts because he want to dismantle that system and build private sector from bottom up where all people, willing to work hard can thrive, not just the few hooked on government largesse! Uhuru and Raila are scared to death to be outside government because they know what is awaiting them.
