Both are Cyber Security Experts working for Saudi Arabia Company.

The other guy has been on a confidential project for last one year.

I am not sure who employed him - IEBC or Ruto.

Looks more like Kibicho, Matiangi and Murathe have decided to run the government through abduction and kidnapping...what are they afraid of?  These guys should sue them outside kenya where they cannot influence the judges...it will not end well for Matiangi
