First question is on subsidies. Specifically the subsidy on  fertilizer. Gachagua had no idea it existed. Ruto has spend his first 6 minutes talking about the fertilizer subsidy and says it was a part of the big four 'plan'. I am glad Gachagua is in the audience and this is a painful 6 minutes.
