Shida ni ballot printing; these kind of late court orders are going to mess election;  So I would say IEBC should appeal the orders or call Kagame - and find something to bar him from contesting.
Too late. Let him run and get 0.001%.

The Judiciary should also weigh its decisions. The man's votes are not decisive in the election. Even if he were not to run, the election results would not change much. Better let him run other than getting the election postponed.

Any small glitch makes IEBC unable to deliver and any postpontment is expensive. So it's too late. 3 weeks to election. These orders should be set aside...or IEBC should ask Kagame to appear...and find him short of signatures.

Courts should be reasonable.  They should tell IEBC to apply whatever remedy it is in future elections.
