They taunted us that Sanctions cannot hurt Russia. My question is simple: Why is the ruble now the "Worst Currency" on earth today? Where is Anti-Hubris to explain this?

There is little to suggest sanctions are responsible. This is more linked to depressed oil prices...thanks to Saudis flooding the market..to discourage shale production in the US.
