It's argaubly the county the got the rawest deal. They elected some idiot who squandered county money in fancy project with some conmen like Mwale city promising to invest billions.

Somehow he got re-elected.

I mean one would expect at least roads to be murramed. Kisumu & Migori are better. Siaya 1st term was disaster as governor spend money to finance NASA but I am told governor after being re-elected told off Raila - and started working for his people.

Kichwa remember when I told you - you're being taken for ride by Awiti. Now even murram roads are unheard of.

Meanwhile Oparanya, Lusaka and Chepkwony in Kakamega, Bungoma and Kericho were doing proper murram to everyone door. Isaac did a poor job of just pouring materials before he decide to do CCM politis.
