High Court suspends the decision of IEBC not to have physical voter registers as a complimentary system in event of failure of technology on 9th August 2022.

IEBC should accept the manual register but ensure it has put controls.
First thing - no crossing of names on the manual register -
Those whose details are not found should be isolated- they are mere 2.5% in a polling station
That is about 10 voters per polling station.
