Our Somalis were lean, healthy and fit. Their diets were milk & meat, (goat & camel).

But, visit any posh suburbs eg Nyali in Mombasa Kenya,

- very fat worias. Women & boys are worse.

Boys have iPhones, manboobs & hips.
