BTW suppose Karua occupies the 2nd highest office in the land as well as CS for Justice. She is not the vindictive type but pray can anyone tell me that under the  new dispensation and with a certified copy of the Arusha ruling, what would stop her demanding from CJ why the Kenyan courts did no follow up for the sake of Justice?

Kenyan politician Martha Karua has welcomed a ruling by the East Africa Court of Justice which awarded her $25,000 (about Ksh2.8 million) for a Supreme Court decision which infringed on her rights to a fair hearing and trial.



Ms Karua said that although she will not get the gubernatorial seat, Kenya's Judiciary had been exposed and the truth of the matter revealedIt has been proved beyond any reasonable doubt that the Kenyan Judiciary did not treat Ms Karua's case fairly

She should ask Uhuru to pay her that 25K - otherwise East Africa court is a moot court - for law students to do pupilage or whatever Kadame did. That is a joke of a court nobody takes seriously. Kenya supreme court is the FINAL arbiter of matters Kenya.

Judiciary doesnt answer to a president leave alone minister.
CJ is the president of Judiciary
Uhuru the president of Executive
Speakers the president of parliament.
There is no where CJ can be summoned or asked question by executive.
Not even parliament can do that.

Koome is martha friend so nothing stop them from discussing such issues over tea
